Branch Director

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our Leesburg, VA branch and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations and management, with a proven track record of enhancing daily operating procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch operations and drive business development
• Oversee and assist tellers, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance
• Collaborate with the team to identify and address operational inefficiencies
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with OFAC, BSA/AML, REG D, REG E, and REG CC
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Represent the branch at networking events and build relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance
• At least 5 years of experience in branch banking, with a strong focus on operations and management
• Proven track record of leadership and team management, with a focus on driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
