Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide design support for a large distributed Splunk environment, spanning security, performance, and operational roles. This includes providing visualization development lifecycle support from requirement gathering to end user dashboard development, Splunk App integration and configuration, and delivering dashboards that provide actionable data for administrators, service owners, and decision makers.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate complex ideas simply, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develops, customizes, and configures Splunk apps and dashboards
- Builds advanced visualizations using various data sources and tools
- Integrates contextual data into actionable visualizations
- Interacts with end users to gather requirements and provides mentorship on Splunk usage
- Collaborates with other groups on Splunk-related tasks

Requirements
- Extensive experience implementing Splunk Dashboards
- Experience working in an enterprise network environment
- Experience supporting Network Operations
- Splunk Certified Developer certification
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Implements integration with external systems
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community/DoD enterprise systems and networks
- Familiarity with ITSI integration and content packs
- Familiarity with integrating Service Now and SolarWinds with Microsoft SCOM
- Familiarity with CRIBL for SysLog collection
- Meets DoD 8570.11-IAT Level II certification requirements (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, or SSCP)
