Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Benefits and Compensation Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of employee benefits and compensation strategies, with a focus on creating a competitive and comprehensive benefits package for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Benefits Strategy and Design: Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring that our benefits package is competitive and appealing to top talent.
  2. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with benefits vendors and administrators, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  3. Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, eligibility, and claims management.
  4. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit required reports, including government and compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Employee Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees on benefits and compensation programs.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and management.
  • Knowledge of benefits and compensation regulations: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and COBRA.
  • HR software experience: Proficiency in HRIS systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field: Equivalent experience may be considered.
What We Offer

CrossCountry Mortgage offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome diversity in the workplace.
