Job Responsibilities- Conduct functional analyses of patient behavior and participate as a member of the treatment team.
- Contribute to the Master Treatment Plan and implement appropriate interventions from the plan.
- Provide individual and group psycho-education, leisure activities, and life-skill training and coaching for all patients.
- Maintain safety monitoring of patients and of the unit.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certifications necessary.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting preferred.
