Responsibilities
  • Take patient histories and provide initial client education to ensure a smooth and informed experience.
  • Assist our veterinarians with surgical procedures and patient monitoring, ensuring the highest level of care and safety.
  • Care for hospitalized patients, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for their recovery.
  • Make daily callbacks to clients to ensure their pets are receiving the best possible care.
  • Assist with restraining patients, ensuring their safety and comfort during procedures.
  • Help with taking radiographs, providing valuable diagnostic information for our veterinarians.
  • Administer IV & IM injections, dispensing controlled drugs as needed, and maintaining feeding tubes and urinary catheters.
  • Perform cytology and lab diagnostics, providing critical information for our veterinarians.
  • Monitor surgical procedures, ensuring the highest level of care and safety.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures for the hospital, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of related veterinary experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering the highest level of care and compassion.
