Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our dentist with general dentistry procedures, maintaining a clean facility and inventory, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of motivation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Assisting the dentist at the dental chair during treatments
  • Maintaining proper patient health history and treatment records
  • Setting up treatment rooms efficiently
  • Taking blood pressure and diagnostic radiographs
  • Providing pre and post-operative instructions
  • Proficiency in office tasks using PC computers
  • Coronal polishing certification or eligibility for certification
  • Frequent interaction with patients and staff, building a good rapport
  • Participating in outreach and marketing efforts
  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Nitrous monitoring certification recommended
