Job Summary:

CVS Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Primary Care Provider. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients. Responsibilities:

Provide primary and family care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
Perform routine examinations and provide health counseling to patients
Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care
Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings and chronic condition management

Requirements:

Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
