Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CVS Health. As a primary care provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our communities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working in our Raymore, MO clinic. You will be responsible for providing primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems. You will also perform administrative duties, such as opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, and patient follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
• Perform administrative duties, such as opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, and patient follow-up.
• Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
• Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness.

Requirements

• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
• Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
