- Document Organization: Systematically record and manage both electronic and physical documents to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or similar capacity, particularly within a healthcare or medical setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with document management systems.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
