  • Travel Management: Arrange thorough travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and local transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with executive preferences.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing and directing communications such as calls and emails.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare and oversee agendas, materials, and presentations for executive meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled, including venue setup, catering, and technology requirements.
