Chief Nuclear Medicine Technologist

PennState Health is seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the department, staff scheduling, and various supervisory functions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Nuclear Medicine department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Supervise and schedule staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve departmental efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental performance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in Nuclear Medicine.
- Registered Technologist by the A.R.R.T in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
