About the Role

As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for surgical procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies, adhering to aseptic technique and sterile procedures.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure accurate patient identification, positioning, and preparation for surgery.
  • Participate in the surgical procedure, applying knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and surgical techniques to support the surgical team.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program and certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified First Assistant (CFA).
  • Previous experience in a surgical setting, preferably in an operating room environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
