This position requires a versatile skill set, encompassing a wide range of technical knowledge, proficiency in at least one critical technical area, and a swift capacity to assess new technologies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

System Inventory and Management:
Collaborate with engineers to enhance and streamline system and platform inventories, aiming to simplify processes for improved supportability and scalability.

Hardware Lifecycle Management:
Oversee and maintain hardware inventories, facilitating ongoing discussions with leadership to optimize investments steadily.

IT Security Fundamentals:
Stay informed about contemporary threats and risk landscapes to support business decisions that balance productivity with risk management.

Hybrid Solution Design:
Given the nature of our operations, solutions must be crafted to uphold the integrity of both Network and Identity boundaries.

Team Collaboration:
While not a managerial role, this position requires leadership within the team. Success hinges on collaboration, active listening, and alignment towards optimal solutions.

Onsite Engagement:
Trexon operates businesses across various regions. Travel may be necessary to understand how our systems contribute to business productivity.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 6 years in IT analyst, engineering, or administrative roles with increasing responsibility.
- Previous experience in a leadership capacity or as a principal engineer/administrator.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive experience in network design and administration.
- Significant expertise in Windows endpoint and server management.
- Experience in network security design and administration.
- Proven experience in engineering solutions within at least one public cloud environment.
- Expert-level knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Network design, Windows server, or Network security.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
- Strong grasp of general Information Security principles.
- Experience managing Linux server platforms.
- Background in developing solutions to meet IT security frameworks such as CMMC/NIST, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, or CIS.
- Relevant professional certifications in networking, systems, virtualization, and security.
