Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory and product spoilage to maintain profitability and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Enforce all departmental policies, including grooming, safety, and cash handling procedures.
  • Drive daily per capita and revenue growth through effective supervision and guest interaction.
  • Support our company mantra of Friendly Clean Fast Safe Service by maintaining a clean and organized location.
  • Ensure good consistent food quality and monitor daily staffing levels to meet guest demand.
  • Train new team members and perform all other duties assigned by managerial supervisors.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age; 18+ preferred, TABC required.
  • Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Available to work 40 hours a week during full-time operation and 1-2 work crew days during weekend operation.
  • Must possess effective communication skills, be energetic, self-motivated, and able to motivate others.
  • Must have the ability to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods, as well as lift to forty pounds occasionally.
