Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and control the Change Management process to ensure smooth implementation of changes
  • Monitor and track RFCs (Request for Change) to ensure timely completion
  • Provide user support to Change Management Tool Users by creating training plans, requirements, knowledge transfer, and other CM system changes
  • Support the Ivanti Upgrade Projects and create and manage diverse documentation, including presentations, impact analysis, implementation plans, training plans, policies and procedures, traceability and RACI documents, user manuals, risk assessments, communication, release management, and other on-demand documentation
  • Facilitate change announcements, gather reporting metrics, and create and manage Change flowcharts and process maps to illustrate the CM end-to-end processes
  • Assist with the management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) including facilitating audits

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience delivering business and systems analyst artifacts
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Ivanti Service Manager or Change Management tool (i.e. ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes
  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and Visio
  • Highly desired: experience with creating training materials and experience with Visio
