Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and security of all youth assigned to your care
- Provide therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document and maintain accurate records of youth progress and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
