About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and community members
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to customers on financial products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging events and activities that promote financial literacy and community engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in G-Suite and other digital tools
