Department OverviewThe Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Services department has locations on the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses, providing comprehensive evaluation and rehabilitation management services for children with congenital or acquired conditions.
Patients receive help to achieve or regain functional potential in areas such as mobility, communication, and self-care, with care coordinated with their primary care provider.
Position SummaryThis outpatient position in Minnetonka involves evaluating and providing occupational therapy services to children, including written documentation and verbal communication with providers.
The successful candidate will provide patient, family, and caregiver education, staff training, and a safe and clean environment, while managing time effectively and promoting satisfaction among patients, families, providers, and staff.
This role includes specialty programming, such as constraint-induced movement therapy and universal exercise unit (spider cage), and requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to children and their families.
