Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor at Long John Silver's. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and customer complaints
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
