Job Description

We are seeking skilled and professional Restaurant Servers to join our on-demand team in the New York area. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose shifts that fit your availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and addressing any concerns.
  • Handle payments and provide accurate change, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of dining areas before and after shifts, ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service, maintaining a high level of communication.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a restaurant server or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with reliable transportation to various restaurant locations in the New York area.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
