  • Analyze manufacturing expenses and generate regular reports that contrast standard costs with actual production expenses.
  • Prepare forecasts and budgets for inbound and outbound freight, as well as warranty considerations.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports to management that outline and compare elements influencing pricing and profitability.
  • Support audit processes and assist in the preparation of the general ledger.
  • Oversee physical inventory counts, including comprehensive and cycle counts.
  • Conduct account reconciliations for inventory, warranty, and reserves.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Accounting/Finance sector, particularly within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
  • Proficient in analyzing ERP data and processes, with a keen eye for identifying significant variances.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for discussing financial reports with stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities.
