Mixology Specialist

• Warmly welcome guests and engage in friendly conversations to enhance their experience.
• Provide tailored recommendations based on guests' preferences and our menu selections.
• Address any guest concerns or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system in a timely manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Follow established recipes and standard operating procedures to maintain drink quality.
• Create unique cocktails and stay updated on current mixology trends.
• Manage guest checks with precision, ensuring accurate pricing and itemization.
• Process payments efficiently, handling both cash and electronic transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, focusing on freshness and cleanliness.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow bar staff, kitchen personnel, and servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues to coordinate drink orders and maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Assist in the training of new staff members as necessary.
• Adhere to local alcohol regulations, ensuring responsible service and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly and comply with legal drinking age regulations.
• Follow the restaurant's policies and procedures, including hygiene and safety standards.

• Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in bartending.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and standard bar operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and proper cash/credit handling.
• Understanding of food safety and health regulations.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
