Qualifications

Licensure/Certification:

  • Must possess MD/DO credentials from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire or transfer date, verified by the local Credentialing Office.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
Additional Preferences

We exclusively accept MD and DO credentials.
