Job Title: Busser

Kingsmill Resort is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear and set dining rooms according to restaurant service standards
  • Assist servers, bartenders, and guests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain thorough cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and utensils
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding food and beverage service
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1 year equivalent food & beverage/restaurant experience
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, carry a minimum of 40 pounds
  • Good hand/eye/foot coordination
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
