Job Overview

Position Summary:
The Restoration Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of designated restoration projects and managing production teams. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, revenue enhancement, profit growth, and the development of management and staff capabilities. As a pivotal management figure, the Restoration Manager drives their team towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a superior customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client interactions to foster overall satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to potential customer inquiries.
  • Outline the project scope and review estimates thoroughly.
  • Facilitate negotiations for customer and client approval of project details.
  • Organize and schedule teams and resources for active projects.
  • Oversee the execution of services in collaboration with teams and subcontractors.
  • Document and review job files to validate the services rendered.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in mathematics.
  • Preferred experience in cleaning or restoration sectors.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • IICRC certification to be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Capacity to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to handle cleaning products and chemicals safely.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as required.
  • Successful completion of a background check as per applicable laws.

Physical and Work Environment Expectations:

  • Regular lifting of 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier loads.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment with potential for extended hours.
  • Exposure to various chemicals and safety hazards.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and drive for long durations.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at different heights.
  • Experience working in tight spaces, such as attics or crawl spaces.
  • Ability to perform emergency services on a 24-hour on-call rotation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent oral communication abilities.
  • Preferred background in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic.

Educational Background:

  • Preferred IICRC certifications.
  • High school diploma or GED.
