Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain client files, employee records, and all associated documentation
  • Deliver direct training to field staff regarding client care plans
  • Oversee the performance of field staff providing personal care to ensure high-quality service
  • Effectively communicate schedules and changes to clients, field staff, referral sources, team leads, managers, and branch management
  • Prepare and submit routine departmental reports as necessary
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client conditions and services provided
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys, in-home visits, employee evaluations, and training sessions
  • Address client complaints and issues appropriately; document and report significant concerns for further resolution
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not mandatory
  • 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical and Travel Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly
  • Capability to sit, stand, walk, or squat as needed
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required
  • Willingness to travel to client residences when necessary
