Job Title: Brake & Alignment Technician

At Les Schwab Tire Center, we're seeking a skilled Brake & Alignment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you'll be responsible for installing and servicing brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install or service hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components
  • Test and install batteries, dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and replace, rebuild, or recalibrate TPMS components
  • Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools, assist other employees, test drive vehicles, and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services
  • Provide excellent customer service, referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment
  • Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing
