Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute repairs and maintenance as outlined in the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle performance
  • Diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Maintain clear communication with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional service needs and provide time estimates for repairs
  • Perform warranty repairs in line with manufacturer specifications
