Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will assist our veterinarians in medical, surgical, and dental procedures, and provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians in medical, surgical, and dental procedures, including preparing and monitoring patients for anesthetic procedures.
  • Counsel clients on various aspects of animal care, preventative health, treatment plans, and/or procedures.
  • Perform digital radiography and digital dental x-ray, as well as microscopy, including prep and reading of skin and ear cytology, blood smears, and conducting urinalyses.
  • Perform technical procedures such as drug calculations, venipuncture, EKGs, ocular testing, medication administration, cold laser therapy, and more.
Requirements
  • Veterinary Technician with a license/registration in good standing.
  • 3 or more years experience in veterinary medicine.
  • Excellent technical skills and a genuine passion for working with animals.
  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during a medical crisis.
