Graphic Designer

LaSalle Network is partnering with a dynamic and innovative Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company to find a talented Graphic Designer. This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about design and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visually appealing packaging that enhances the customer experience and drives sales
  • Create engaging layouts for product catalogs, brochures, and other printed materials
  • Develop point of sale and point of display designs to support marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the marketing and eCommerce teams to design content for online platforms
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
  • Manage production processes to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards
  • Work with external vendors and printers to oversee the production of printed materials
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to continuously improve design capabilities
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a CPG or retail environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with packaging design and print production processes
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including packaging, print, and digital media
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital content design is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
