Job Summary:

The Public Safety Officer will provide exceptional guest service and greet all guests in a friendly, inviting, and welcoming manner on a daily basis. Respond to alarms and emergencies, enforce all Beaver Creek rules, regulations, and covenants, and document all activities in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with property-owners, guests, and employees to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Assist guests, residents, and employees with vehicle-related issues, such as pull-outs, jump-starts, and vehicle unlocks.
  • General resort safety, including emergency medical services response and emergency procedures.
  • Make critical decisions in urgent situations and coordinate response with local EMS providers.
  • Use and direct the use of resort and county radio systems.
  • Enforce all Beaver Creek road, animal, and property regulations.
  • Ensure the proper and lawful use of all Vail Resorts properties.
  • Responsibility for bank deposits and traffic control.
  • Detect, mitigate, and report any safety problems or misuse of company property.
  • Investigate incidents and write and file reports.
Requirements:
  • Expected Pay Range: $21.35
  • Shift Type: Full Time
