Overview:
The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products and services consistently align with NFI Industries' standards of excellence.

This is achieved through the thorough verification and auditing of relevant NFI facilities, focusing on the Quality Management System, Internal Audits, Operational Processes, and documentation.

This position reports directly to the Regional Director of Quality.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Plan, execute, and coordinate internal audits of the quality management system and process audits to ensure adherence to established protocols and to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

2. Conduct daily compliance audits and provide practical training and guidance on KPI dashboards.

3. Manage audit reports, observations, findings, and non-conformities.


4. Assist in the development and maintenance of the Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) program to enhance quality in identified deficiency areas.

5. Communicate significant QA/Compliance/Customer issues throughout the Supply Chain/DC, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.

6. Monitor Corrective Actions at the site level.

7. Provide weekly updates to Quality Management.


8. Drive continuous quality improvement as measured by key performance indicators, including internal and external audits and company quality metrics.

9. Conduct training sessions on quality-related processes and documentation.

10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Internal Auditing.

- Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred, such as a Bachelor of Science).

- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.

- Ability to navigate Quality and Warehouse Management Systems.

- Capable of addressing inquiries or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
