The ideal candidate will possess current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a passion for delivering high-quality care with a focus on rehabilitation and wellness. In this role, you will work closely with the therapy team to provide knowledge and expertise in delivering appropriate wellness, fitness, and exercise programs. Full restorative training will be provided onsite, making this an excellent opportunity for those new to restorative care or looking to expand their skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, which is based on national averages for similar positions.
