RN Clinician

We are seeking a skilled RN Clinician to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes or in our clinics. As a RN Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on infusion therapy and related care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in Washington, Idaho, or Oregon.
- 1 year of experience in acute care nursing.
- National Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to drive and provide proof of driver's license and auto insurance.
- Experience in home health or home infusion nursing.
