About the Role

Apartment Managing Professionals, LTD is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Director to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves:

  • Assisting with operational tasks, including leasing, renewals, and collections.
  • Managing financial processes, including rent collection and processing.
  • Providing staff training and supervision.
  • Preparing and executing lease agreements.
  • Coordinating resident social events.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • At least three years of property management experience.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Experience with property management software, such as Resman, is an asset.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
