Position Overview:
The Program Manager role is a vital component of our organization, contributing significantly to the mission of Kaleidoscope ABA. This position entails overseeing the administrative functions of our center, ensuring smooth operations within our clinical framework.

Key Responsibilities:


The Program Manager will engage in various aspects of the business, including:
1. Daily operational management
2. Recruitment and staff scheduling
3. Customer service and support
4. Reporting and administrative tasks to facilitate center operations.

Additionally, the Program Manager will maintain precise records related to staffing and service delivery for each case. This includes assisting in the development and management of a comprehensive schedule, ensuring adequate staffing for clinical cases in accordance with budgeted hours authorized by insurers.

The role also involves supporting Human Resources, Operations, and Clinical departments, acting as a reliable resource for staff, clients, and management. The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between administrative and clinical teams, handling case assignments and staff availability.

Qualifications:
