The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work or a related field, with experience in job placement, coaching, and counseling for individuals with disabilities. They will also possess excellent writing and communication skills, as well as public speaking skills.

The Adult Transition Manager will work closely with the management team to develop and maintain partnerships with local school staff, community service providers, and other stakeholders. They will also be responsible for compiling performance statistics, ensuring reports to funders are accurate and timely, and participating in training and workshops for professional development.

  • Experience working with individuals from different cultures and with various disabilities
