We are currently seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Nurse to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role is critical for maintaining high standards in occupational health services and addressing any issues related to interagency agreements.

The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and accuracy of our services through comprehensive monitoring and analysis. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and analytical skills, proficiency in managing quality assurance processes and tools, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and knowledge of various aspects of healthcare.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical services to our clients. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and an annual bonus.

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring interagency agreements to ensure quality, quantity of services, ease of implementation, and customer satisfaction. They will also independently address and resolve quality issues related to the management of interagency agreements, respond to requests for information from client agency contacts, facilitate effective communication between FOH and customers, track and report on services provided across the country, produce customized reports outlining services provided, assist in the development and pricing of interagency agreements, and maintain and update the WF spreadsheet related to agreements and procurements.
