  • Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain Safety Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date safety records are maintained, including training records, incident reports, and safety inspections.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and employees to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the project.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Regulations: Stay current with changing regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: In health and safety or construction, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • OSHA 500 Certification: Preferred, but not required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and customers.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform safety decisions.
