Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
- Stock ingredients, prepare food, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
