About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately
  • Stock ingredients, prepare food, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
