Job Overview

About the Role

This position involves conducting virtual speech and language assessments, developing personalized therapy plans, and collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to identify speech and language challenges
  • Create tailored therapy plans to address individual needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Pennsylvania SLP license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer flexible schedules, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
