**About the Role:**

Soliant is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Fort Washington, PA. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in need.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students, providing individualized education plans (IEPs) to support their communication development.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in small groups, to help them overcome communication challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities, promoting a supportive learning environment.
  • Educate and support parents and guardians on strategies to foster their child's communication growth.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Previous school-based experience is highly valued, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
