Project Manager - Multi-Year Multi-Site Facilities Management Outsourcing

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee a multi-year, multi-site facilities management outsourcing engagement.

The Project Manager will be responsible for successfully planning, executing, and delivering the project within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, objectives, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication channels with project sponsors, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure sponsors are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and facilitate a project kickoff meeting with all project participants, clearly communicating project objectives, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and oversee the collection of relevant data required for the project, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain an overall project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Create and manage a risk register, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct an internal kickoff meeting with the project team, ensuring alignment on project goals, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Develop a detailed project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and allocate resources required for the project, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure site requirements are documented and incorporated into the project plan.
  • Prepare an executive summary after the down-select process, highlighting key project outcomes and recommendations.
  • Present the executive summary to project sponsors and stakeholders to finalize contract terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure contract compliance and alignment with project objectives.
  • Work closely with legal and procurement teams to finalize the contract agreement and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in managing multi-year, multi-site facilities management outsourcing engagements.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
