About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team at Liberty Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the direction of nursing services, working under the supervision of a registered nurse, and performing various duties as assigned.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing high-quality care and support. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and healthcare professionals, and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the direction of nursing services for unit/hall, in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act, and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Delegates duties to professional nurses and non-professional nursing personnel and monitoring work performance under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Observes patients for symptoms and/or reactions, including general physical and/or mental condition for signs, which may be indicative of adverse change.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Licensed Practical Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current, valid license from the Board of Nursing and submit proof of license renewal every other year
  • Willing to work as charge nurses, and work as needed during emergencies to assure adequate coverage
