Job Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Liberty Senior Living,

  • You will be responsible for assisting in the direction of nursing services for our unit/hall, ensuring adherence to the Nursing Practice Act under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • You will delegate tasks to professional nurses and non-professional nursing personnel while monitoring their work performance.
  • You will observe patients for symptoms and reactions, including general physical and mental condition, to identify potential adverse changes.
  • You will notify attending physicians of emergencies and patient deaths in the unit.
  • You will implement orders from physicians as instructed or ordered.
