Job Overview
This Quality Assurance Associate role plays a critical part in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure our stores meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by adhering to standard practices and procedures
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer concerns in a timely manner
* Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives
* Identify and report any potential hazards or issues that may impact customer safety or employee well-being
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is between $15.00-$22.50 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
