Property Field Assessment Specialist

We are a leading provider of high-quality property insurance inspections, catering to the specific needs of property and casualty insurance companies and agencies around the country.
As a Field Representative, you will perform residential property inspections, submit field reports electronically, and possess excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property management or related fields and be familiar with real estate contracts and leases.
Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with insureds
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
- Computer skills
- High-speed internet
- Reliable transportation
- Navigation skills
- Digital camera (preferred for photos)
- Must submit to a background check and have a clean MVR
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
