Clinical Nurse I: C4/C3W: Infectious Disease/ Secure Unit

Albany Medical Center seeks a skilled Registered Professional Nurse to join our team in the Secure Unit. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating the needs of assigned patients throughout their episode of care.
Responsibilities- Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care.
- Deliver and coordinate patient care provided by the caregiving team, ensuring competent and compassionate care is uniformly provided to customers.
- Participate in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) and progress from novice to competent within a specialty.
- Eligible to apply for advancement to proficient or expert status as outlined in the NPAP.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a passion for advancing nursing practice are essential.
