Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.
- Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment reliability and lifespan.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduled shutdowns, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
- Prioritize maintenance tasks based on criticality, resource availability, and production requirements.
- Equipment and Facility Maintenance:
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
- Coordinate repairs, troubleshooting, and troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of equipment and systems as needed.

- Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare reports on maintenance performance, downtime analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, PMP) are a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of maintenance professionals.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive maintenance strategies and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance software systems and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and tracking maintenance activities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, NFPA), environmental regulations, and industry standards related to maintenance operations.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize maintenance performance.
