Job Overview

Jensen Landscape Services is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Lead to oversee the installation of landscape projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high-quality results under tight deadlines.

About the Role

The Construction Project Lead will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with general superintendents to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily JHA's, Field Reports, and labor tracking
  • Conducting regular safety meetings with crew members and providing training on company safety procedures
  • Managing project labor costs to meet or beat project budgets
  • Planning and completing project three-week look-ahead schedules
  • Requesting materials needed for the project three weeks in advance

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial landscape and construction industry
  • Familiarity with company-issued iPhone & iPad for daily reporting
  • A strict sense of organization and time management
  • Must have an insurable driver's license
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred

  • Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year ($40-$45 per hour)
