Concrete Foreman Job Description

Nicoha LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our construction team in Utah County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and supervising concrete installations from layout through turnover to the general contractor or owner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and supervise concrete installations from layout through turnover to the general contractor or owner.
  • Communicate daily plans and goals with other foremen and crew members under your supervision.
  • Educate and motivate crew to accomplish goals safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Supervise workers throughout the shift, ensuring safety, appropriate work stoppages, and organization.
  • Evaluate the performance, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to crew members.
  • Resolve problems with projects, materials, and workers as they arise.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven Concrete Foreman experience.
  • Experience with footing and foundations, gang forms, and layout.
  • Experience managing a crew size of around 8 people.
  • Willing to work out of town if needed.
  • Minimum of three years of concrete experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Detailed knowledge of concrete construction procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Candidates must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening and a Background Check.
